Eva grew up in Bellingham, Washington, where her father was a custom home builder. She was rolling trusses and sheeting roofs before she was old enough to drive. But her experience doesn't stop there. Eva's personal strength and fortitude comes from over 13 years as a firefighter and EMT in Washington State. She refers to her years in the fire service as “customer service with life or death consequences.” Last year, she saw an opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives in a new way, through real estate. Today, she puts out fires at the negotiation table and knows how to handle any situation calmly and with confidence.
